Iron Aluminum alloy includes AlFe10, AlFe15 and AlFe20 depending on the different Iron content in the aluminum alloy. Iron, is used to supplement Iron in the aluminum alloy. Iron is added as an alloying element in forging the aluminum alloy Al-Cu-Mg-Ni- Fe. A small amount of iron can reduce the shrinkage range and refine the crystallization of aluminum alloy.

Because the melting points and densities of iron and aluminum are very different, the addition of iron and aluminum alone will lead to separation of alloy components, so the Iron-aluminum alloy method is often used use.
