Nickel Tablets (Ni AlTab) are alloying additives designed for adjusting nickel content in aluminium alloys, offering a practical alternative to aluminium-nickel master alloys. They are available in Ni70Al, Ni75Al, Ni80Al, Ni70Flux, Ni75Flux, and Ni80Flux grades, with nickel content of 70%, 75%, or 80%.
Each tablet is a compacted blend of nickel and aluminium powder and/or sodium-free flux. The flux removes oxide films from powders or sponge particles, allowing rapid dissolution, high recovery, and reduced burning loss in molten aluminium.
Unit Weight: 100–1000 g/tablet
