PU Protective Film

PU protective film is a functional protective film made of transparent PET film as the base material, coated with polyurethane pressure sensitive adhesive and fitted with release film on the back. It has no silicon transfer, good exhaust, high cleanliness, high transmittance, no residual glue, ghostless, viscous stability and other characteristics.

Used for all kinds of liquid crystal panels, parts process and shipment protection, suitable for ordinary glass, hardened glass, PMMA and PC and other materials.

PU Protective Film, that is, polyurethane protective film, is a transparent protective film with polyurethane as the main component. The PU protective film is made of transparent PET film as the base material, and the surface is coated with self-adsorbing polyurethane PU pressure-sensitive glue. Compared with silicone protective film, the adhesive layer of PU protective film is more stable, and there will be no residual glue after long-term bonding, thus effectively solving the problems of local degumming and white fog that may occur in silicone protective film.
This protective film has excellent anti-static effect, high surface cleanliness, and can maintain stable performance in high temperature and high humidity environments. Its exhaust performance and adsorption performance are excellent, ensuring a good fit. What’s more worth mentioning is that the PU protective film does not leave any residual glue at high temperatures and has stable viscosity, making it very suitable for long-term use.
